Ipod interface for Toyota factory Navi's

I am looking for an ipod interface for the factory toyota navi's. I have looked into the vais.com one, but you have to make all your playlists 99 songs or less, the coastaletech.com one doesnt work for 5th gen video ipods. So what is everyone using. Please help me out. Oh, I have the 4th gen Navi from toyota(E7001) not the new E7009, if that makes any difference.
