Default 06 DC NAV - No volume controls

Started the truck this AM and the volume controls for the radio didn't work (neither GPS volume knob nor steering wheel volume buttons).

Everything else worked fine. Volume control resumed normal operation after turning off the vehicle and restarting it.

Anyone else experienced this? Is it a failing unit or just a quirk?

Truck has less than 10K miles on it.

Thanks for the info. I'll keep a close eye on it. When it happens again, I'll get warranty to take care of it.
