Default navigation help

my toyota dealer just installed a e7009 i got from omevalue in my 06 solara and the system wont rerout if i go off course and also the system wont talk to me the speaker will mute but no voice wont come out, the dealer rechecked it and said everything is properly connected and still no change can some one help me, should i send it back

You are missing the speed pulse signal or the amplifier in the vehicle is not compatible with the new E7009. The Toyota tech can check diagnostics to ensure Speed Pulse is being received by the E7009. If speed pulse is detected then the amplifier is not compatible.
