If I remember correctly, didn't the 00 Tundra's have threaded O2 sensors for the front and flange syle for the rear? I honestly can't remember if there is a configuration difference between the older and the newer?
Lemme ask you guys this..... Cause of my Bassani System, and not wanted to have to modify it has anyone heard of anybody getting rid of the cats on the Tundra? If so what are they using to simulate the rear O2 sensors? The test results on these do look a bit better then the JBA's although not quite as accuarte I'm sure, maybe we should loan that g-force to someone who has had a reall dyno run with their Truck to see how accurate it is?
One more for Imdone..... Can you go into reading the g-force chart, is there a stock run on the newest chart? What do you gather is the HP and Torque increase with these headers?

Are you talking about getting rid of the cats entirely?
I have not heard of this. I don't know what you could use to trick the ECU because the O2 sensors work together between the front and the rear.
Where does your basani system hook up. When you put it on did it connect to the Y-pipe or directly to the stock catalytic converters?
As for accuracy, Rgerdes is checking the timing accuracy with his track runs.
RE: dyno, there have been multiple write ups from users on the net showing that the dyno results are really accurate based on Net Hp/Tq.
The G-Tech Pro will not read the same #s as a dynomometer because a dyno tests based on rear wheel HP/TQ. This does net HP/TQ.
I see the G-Tech as a more accurate result as it is based on getting the entire truck moving against gravity and wind and whether or not you are driving up a hill or not. There are a lot more factors added into the G-Techs test rather than just running it in a closed environment with a fan and not actually moving the vehicle.

These are comparison runs to stock and after the S&S install.
In each photo there is a description of what color means stock compared to after S & S install.
