Thud! I just fell off the fence. You guys embarrased me into not waiting until the last second. I couldn't live with myself knowing that I might be the one preventing you from achieving automotive nirvana. Of course, I will be there too.
Generally, if it wasn't for that last damn second, I wouldn't get anything done.
That was good!!! hahahaha! I like the write up and the reply! SUPER!
ROTFLMAO!
I am glad to see your onboard!
WOOO HOOO!!!!

Does anybody know if the Unichip for the Tundra fit a 2003 Sequoia?
Chas
I believe it will. e.g. Since the engines are the same, as long as the connectors are the same, it should work. PhillySequoia asked the same question in the big-a$$ Unichp thread:

Hey Chas...check your email...I will get back with Jack on this, he was going to pull the specs on Sequoia ECU...and I will try him again on Monday. He believes most likely will work, and guarantees compatibility or full refund. So you can sign up risk free!

Congrats RT!! I'll throw some dirt in that hole you left under the top of fence...just so nobody stumbles into it!!
Question...did you already cast a vote "not yet but will"? If not, and they all come thru, that means 20 because you are 14!.
We have 14 deposits and 6 not yets but will!! Lets hope they all side with the voice of reason!!

Nope, I only voted once ("Yes I'm In"). In fact, I wasn't really paying close attention and didn't realize that "Not yet but will" was an option. So, if all of the not-yets come through, we will make the first tier quota.
2nd - Verndog have you or anyone else heard/have news on the 03'-04' supercharged test mule? Has a person steped forward with a test truck? I'm wondering when the 00-02' s/c dyno slips will be released along with the 03'-04' dyno slips? Any updates - id call Jack myself but i dont want to bug the man about these details.

1) It runs 2 weeks, and closes 3/19/04 11:30 PM PST. There is the possibility he could extend a couple of days to reach min req. since we have time before they are ready to ship.
2) Someone local has come forward with an 03 Supercharger and Jack is working on details to schedule him in. I believe the 00-02 is due in, in about 1 week.

The units are still in production, and should be ready to ship by 4/16/04 for all models 2000-2004...Still on track. He says they all will ship together.
Wasn't there like 40 votes on the first poll for this buy? WHat happened?????

This is somewhat typical....the first vote required no money...people don't like what someone posts, find out a tuner is too far, or their spouse find out and they get reamed...you know. Yes there were 36 to be exact...I figured around 10 would drop...I will be contacting the not yet votes to see what the situations are.
I'M IN!!!....just paid my deposit...and don't even own a Tundra right now!!!
Come on guys! Dig in that couch for all the extra change you can find...just drink a case of beer this weekend instead of two...do whatever it takes and spend the money you don't have...It's the American way!
