That's the one. VSE means "vehicle specific enclosure", it's a new category that SAS/Bazooka is marketing products under. I believe Scion had one first and then the DC Tundra. Who knows what's on the drawing board, but it's a pretty cool program for easy bass addition on relatively stock vehicles.
I spoke to a guy in the R&D dept. at SAS/Bazooka to see if one was going to be offered in a non-amplified configuration for those of us who want to add better amp/speakers and he said not likely. Also, these products are only going to be available from the specific dealers i.e. Toyota/Scion parts depts.

If you can figure it out it will work. If there's a will there's a way.

Look closely at Phil0411's picture. It's in the "large" compartment behind the drivers side seat. When I first looked at it I thought it was across the entire back seat too. The compartment with your jack in it isn't touched. I'm seriously considering this.

Will this unit work with the Factory JBL system with Navigation? and Does this unit, as quoted, come with the wiring harness required for install?

The unit fits both 2004 & 2005 Double cabs. No cutting or mods needed to install. There is a wire harness that has detailed instructions for the installations. I will try to post it up for you so you can have an idea of what entailed.
