I do not know about this price . I just bought mine Hellwig anti-sway bar from JCWhitney for $135 plus shipping. I bought two items and shipping was $21.99 so I think that $150 shipped is more reasonable. I think that they should be able to give a better deal for volume sales. Just my opinion but I do praise the product as I have noticed a night/day difference with mine and highly recommend it.
I just checked JC Whitney's price it is now $169.95. We all should have bought one from them weeks ago.

JC Whitney was one of the five vendors that I contacted. As already mentioned, their price is $169.95 + $18.99 shipping. In regards to a group buy, they were willing to give a 10% discount which brought the price to $152.96 + 18.99 shipping. The other catch is that they only have 7 in stock and the rest would be on a 30 day back order. I've read past threads where people were buying these for $135. I was really hoping to get a group discount down to or below this value but no luck. Maybe I'm just not that persuasive of a guy?! Hellwig doesn't sell directly to the public either. They just recently changed their policy in regards to group buys which is why they are willing to do this. So in short, it's the best price I could find...

That 135.00 price is a older price as I checked today and it is the same as last month 169.99, so 150.00 is not a bad price.

You are doing a heck of a job Hobbes!!! ....if people think they can get a cheaper deal then let them do it on their own...I don't see them willing to take a lead and post any group buys so thanks for showing initiative....I know how intensive it can be as I'm running my 3rd group buy in my 1 year as a TS member.
It is good to see multiple group buys running in this forum!!! So members keep it up and keep an eye out for aftermarket accessories even if you already have it. Try and get some deals for your fellow TS'ers....heck I'm running my second Retrax group buy even though I already have one! Just so others can enjoy the price break and spruce up their ride!!! There is power in numbers and we have 35,000+...lets use it to our advantage

I just checked my invoice and I guess it has been a month since my purchase. Purchase price of $135.96 plus shipping. I guess I bought it at a good time.

I see this connects to the frame and to the axle. Does anybody have these connected if they are running a 4" block and an AAL in the rear, which I am? Is it possible to run with that much lift in the rear?

i did my sway bar in an hour after work could not wait i have 2 inch lift and its fine any more lift and you mite need extensions, i would still put it in and if needed get extensions, question if yours is 4x4 and that hight i dont know if a hellwig would be a good idea i think it hurts wheel travel when 4 wheelin
Just my .02 as a member who already has this item.
This is probably the most you will get out of a mod when it comes to value vs. cost. When I first took my DC for a real drive is when I noticed how loose it felt in the rear on turns and corners. The sway and roll was greatly diminished after installing the bar. The truck drove and tracked tighter.
As far as I am concerned Hellwig knows customer service too.
I had to request replacement parts after not getting my lower endlink nuts as tight as I should (torqued those babies this time). I called Hellwig prepared to pay whatever cost was quoted, only thing was they didn't qoute me a price. Just told me to expect them via UPS in a few days. New endlinks, bushing, washers, and nuts with shipping all free!
If your on the fence, get off and make the purchase, you won't regret it.
