Mine says "C Map#" and then there's a box with "11010305" inside. There's no "toy05h" (or similar) to be found anywhere on it.

Eric - what map does yours have?
My unichip says "C Map#" and then "11010106" that is for my 2001 V8 with TRD Exhaus, JBA headers, no cold air induction.

I just took it for a bit of a drive. Wow. Much stronger. I love it. Now I can spin my 33's when going around a corner (not that I want to do that too much- they are expensive). I couldn't that before unless it was wet. My exhaust even sounds a bit more throaty and defined.

You guys still open to the group buy? Let me know, along with what final price it would be. I might be interested.

tim,

Prolly not gonna do much for your VVTi 2006 Tundra. Did you see the dyno charts earlier in the thread? Not a lot of gain. Looks great for the non-VVTi motors, though.

The GB is over. Your best bet would be to keep an eye on the classifieds on here.

Just a quick note on the whole "unichip won't do much with VVT-i" issue. The unichip helps out at much more than just WOT which is all the dyno shows. So I would be inclined to think that you would still notice gains with the chip on the 2006 motors. I would really like to hear from some unichip owners that have them on the VVT-i motors. I'm quite pleased with my chip on my 01.
