Default sway bar movement

ok. I got my trd rear sway bar installed and had it on for a couple weeks now. When i put it on i made sure the brackets and U bolts were attached to the axle and equidistant from the curved part of the sway bar.

I was underneath my truck today wiping the crud off it to make it shiny again and noticed the passenger side bracket has slid to the left and inch whereas the driver side is in the same place.

now i know i hunkered down on the bolts that hold the bracket to the axle. having said all this brings me to my question...

Is the sway bar supposed to move side to side? is this normal or do i need to loosen the passenger side bolts...slide it back to it original location and torque the nuts down even tighter. thanks

Default Re: sway bar movement

I don't have the TRD version, but brackets and U-bolts should not be moving.
