I just tried ordering a set of 5100s from ShockWarehouse online. Made it all the way to the confirm page in the checkout process and didn't get the 4th free; although I did get the tundrasolutions discount. Needless to say I didn't complete the order. I guess I'll call them on Monday and see what's up.

That promotion is for select Tundra's. I did some deeper research and 2007 and newer (both in 2wd and 4wd) aren't eligible for this promotion. All other years apply for this promotion (which Bilstein selected the eligible part numbers).

You still qualify for the forum promo code and free shipping however.

Wait a minute why can't we use the part # for 2008, it's the same friggin truck???

We apologize for the inconvenience, this isn't something we decided or have control over. Because we are a distributor of Bilstein, we post any manufacturer specials but can't control what part numbers are made eligible in this case. We do relay feedback we get from all of our customers concerning this and any other issues that we hear (this includes suggestions on their product as well).

The 2007's and newer use the same part number and a different shock (and part number obviously) than the 2006 and older (which use the same from 2000 - 2006).

So for the 2007 model and newer, Bilstein (teamed with Toyota) decided that a new shock was in order. This could be due to chassis changes with the Tundra or other design changes that they felt were necessary starting in 2007.
