There is an endless amount of info and threads on this subject. Without saying one is better over the other, here is what I found are the key differences. The Bilsteins are ride height adjustable in the front only, up to 2.5", which is great, that will level the truck and give it a great stance. But thats all you get, a pair of adjustable struts (shocks) and off you go (And in my case I had the trd package that already had bilsteins, so why replace bilsteins with bilsteins?). However, youre still needing a diff drop if you have a 4x4, skid plate spacers and bump stop spacers. With a kit, such as the Low Range Offroad I purchased, you get everything included, plus great instructions. You also get 3" up front and a 1" tapered block for the rear. Still leaving a hint of a rake and avoiding any retarded nose high look if you have any weight in the bed. Just my $.02
