Default Fabtech and Anti sway

I just purchased the Fabtech Basic(because i don't care about breaking down the shocks) 2.5 inch lift. I have 2 questions for you all who may have this lift. Do any of you all have the Helwig antisway bar also installed or will it not install with the lift. My second question is since the coil over only lifts the front, what size steel block do you all use in the back.....1 inch?? 1.5 inches?? Appreciate the help!
