The changes should actually be more noticeable with a DC due to the larger mass. The changes will be even more pronounced if you have a canopy on the back which adds more weight high up.

The bar reduces body roll or as I call it "wobbly ***-end syndrome". The changes should be noticable on tight corners and any corner at higher speed such as freeway ramps etc. The truck should remain flatter with less lean in the rear end of the truck. My DC used to wallow through corners where I could feel the rear end really leaning in the curve. Now it remains much flatter and I don't have that unstable feeling.
