Default 05 DC Hellwig the same as for 04?

I am going to order the Hellwig anti sway bar from JC whitney. they only list up to 2004 tundras, I am assuming that it will fit my wife's 05 4wd DC.

Yes it is.
I got mine from JC whitney and installed it on my 05 DC.
Works like a charm.

i installed one on my truck and could not tell any difference? what was it suppose to do?

Default it greatly reduces body lean

I really notice the difference - tracks around those country curves
like my old Civic. Also noticeable on freeway ramps.

If you don't notice anythinng, you should re-check the install,
it's quite obvious
