If all you have is a 1" block and stock springs the 7975 upgrade kit should be fine.

Great! Now all I would want is a quick disconnect for those times when she gets muddy. It would be nice to be able to disconnect for when I am working on the truck and changing a tire, so the bushings and end-links won't get so twisted. Anything in the works for that?
