Window tint

Can anyone recommend a tint shop or person? With all of my previous cars I always had a friend or contact that did it for cash, but that was years ago. I walked into TNT and didn't really care for the customer service so I'd rather not give them my business. I'm still debating to tint the front side windows just to match the factory tint for the 'legal' route or go the 'illegal' route and go very dark like 20 or 5 percent. Any thoughts or experience with HPD?

Check out my friend Ron. He owns Solar Eclipse window tinting, shares the shop with WMR (wicked machine racing, i think?) He did my 87, solid!

Don't think cops crackdown on trucks / suvs that much. I had 5% wrapped all around on my Cadi and not one pull-over. I say go 5's all the way, but on the safe side, you could go with 20% to match the factory. Have you tried Al's or Tintlab?

Mahalos for all of the help and suggestions gang. I finally got my tube steps off ebay for $250 and got the 5% wrap arounds. I'm stoked and couldn't be happier!

Darn I should of gotten those! A lot more chrome and a lot more shine!
