so...I know theres quite a few new gen tundras on Kauai...but I only know of 3 lifted ones...mine, a single cab white and a DC black.....

what about the other islands? Ive only been to Oahu but I havent seen any lifted ones every time I go there...are you guys hiding or something?

there are a few, but in my opinion why would you lift it especially on oahu? it's hard enough to find parking with that battle tank, and lifting it would pretty much wipe you out from all the good parking spots at the malls and downtown buildings and such.

Though off the top of my head I can recall four lifted ones around town. One had a pretty decent lift, i'd estimate 3-4 inches. Nothing too drastic especially with the recon law here.

I'm not into lifting as it's definitely not practical for me, but I can appreciate the time and work spent into doing those things on the trucks. Some of them look pretty good though i'll give them that!

I seen a few when I was home on oahu last month. Mostly spacer or coilover 2-3" lifts, and a couple 6" procomps. DH has a pic of one he did, 6" procomp. Still waiting to see a 12" Bulletproof kit on a Tundra. There's a couple here in Vegas with the 6" PC + 3" BL on 37's.

12 inch bulletproof on a white tundra here on maui...
but it is not mine...

Quite a few lifted on the Big Island. There is a white Limited Crewmax in Kona, looks to have about a 10" or more lift with 22's, sounds etc. Badass truck.

i seen it on the motorhead mag. you can check it out online at www.hawaiimotorhead.com , i think it is in the aug issue.
