Nice job dude! U need the TRD big brake kit now. It would look sick behind the wheels! What kind of bed cover do you have? I keep debating about getting either the Retrax roll cover or the fold-away type cover. What's your take?

Thanks. I guess it sepends on what you use it for. I have the retrax rolling cover. I like it because if you need to load something big in the bed just push it open. and it keeps things pretty dry inside. and it looks sleak too. Idk much about the other covers. I pretty much had my mind set one this one already. It costs around 1200 locally. Hawaii truck concepts in waipio carries them.

There's actually a display set up at Maui Toyota if you want to check out a miniature working version...will post pics up of the manual one in a bit as I gotta get the pics from someone else. I have the electric version so it's a bit different.

Servco Auto Parts Center on Sand Island. Over the counter for the Tundra it's $1315 for both crewmax or reg bed, as for install it's pretty simple. Actually if there are enough people interested in one (we have it for tacoma's as well, as well as previous gen Tacoma/Tundra/T100 and current model Chevy) I might be able to organize some sort of a group buy, and we can set a day and I can help everyone install...

I'll definitely be down with the group buy, let me know. How much for the TRD big brake kit + install? Those big red calipers would look sweet the red sway bar.

I'm supposedly getting my Tundra next month and would love to get the sway bar plus some other items. How much is Servco's price + shipping to Maui of course. If it's way cheaper than Maui Toyota, I might have to get it from you guys.

I guess that really depends on what you're getting...you might be able to negotiate something with Maui Toyota that may be better, or the price here with out the dealer markup may be better. As far as parts goes, I don't know what their markup is so I can't say for sure. Also depends on the model Tundra you're getting.

I guess if enough people (i dunno...5?) are interested I'll do what I can to make it happen. As for the TRD big brake kit, I don't know how much the dealer charges for installation, but it retails for $2800 or so, plus it requires 20"+ wheels.

I'm getting the 5.7L Limited Crew Max 4x4 w/ 20s. I ordered it way back when gas prices were lower and already settled on a price back then. I haven't talked to them about renegotiating the price though and already placed a deposit.

They also quoted me $259 for the sway bar not installed.
