Default Header install

Any of you have this installed? If so, where did you have it done? What brand? I know Doug Thorley's and JBA are two main brands out for these trucks.

I installed DT headers about 8 months ago no problems great bottom end. Their is a few tricks to tightening the header bolt though. It took about 3.5 to 4 hours on jack stands. I think I would go with the long tubes if I didn't already have the shorties.

xlr8, what shop did your install? I'm thinking of the DT long tubes with ceramic coating. I heard ESH could do this type of installation. I believe the the two front cats need to be removed for this, thoughts??

I did the header install myself it took about 3-4 hours. Some of the bolts are really hard to get at with the shorty headers. I think the long tubes would be easier to install, because you have better clearance to tighten the bolts. I'm sure ESH or Barr's could do it.

Hi, where is a good place to buy headers? I just got a price of $706, shipped to Maui, from 4WP. This is for a set of JBA's with ceramic-titanium coating. How does everyone like their DT headers? Thanks!
