Default Advice Needed

Aloha Everyone,

I am seriously thinking of upgrading my 2000 tundra to a 2008. The one reason why I am a little hesitant is that my garage for work maxes out at 6'5. Will the new tundra fit? Also, if i have to lower it, what kit would you folks recommend? I don't want it to low just enough to sit level and look good.

Mahalo!!!

I seen you post elsewhere about your garage. From what others are saying look like stock it won't fit.

As for lowering I think there are 2/4" and 4/6" drop kits available and of course it depends on the wheels and tires you decide to put it after your drop

Good luck if you decide to purchase one.

Yes it will fit...BUT that's only if your work garage is single story. On a 4x2 Crewmax it'll barely clear 6'2" tall garages, but if it's empty (no passengers/load) you may scrape the roof going down ramps between levels.
