Default 2006 highlander removing panel to hide wires

I got a 2006 Highlander and just installed a amp and sub. i was wiring it down the driver side most of the panel were easy to remove. except for the seat belt panel i had a hard time removing that. i was wondering if anyone has a diagram or know how to take that panel out so i can hide the wires. sorry if it hard to understand. thanks

I used a wire hanger to snake through this small ,short panel when I did my back-up cam wiring.

Be careful with the seat belt retractor/tensioner system. It must be handled much like SRS airbags!!!
