Default LED Mirrors painted and NOW INSTALLED! :)

Well, I finally installed the LED mirrors today and they look great!

I took pictures of the install and will put together the "how to" and post for everyone soon.

For anyone else that is going to install these themselves, here are some tips to keep in mind.

1) Tap into your front turn signal bulb wiring by using the following information:

For the drivers side bulb, you will run your RED wire (from the LED mirror) to the Green with Black wire and then run your ground wire (red with black) from the LED Mirror, to the White with Black wire from the car.

For the passenger side, you will run your RED wire (from the LED Mirror) to the Green with Yellow wire and your ground (from the LED mirror) to the White with Black wire from the car.

Gotta run for now, but will post more later.

WOO HOOO!!

Hey thanks!

The pics and "how to" are coming shortly. I just purchased a new house today and am moving in the end of this week, so maybe next week, I will get all of this together for everyone.

Thanks again, I would LOVE SOME REP POINTS!!!

Hey Dr. M. I also installed the Lgrilles LED signal mirror housings on my '07. I tapped into connector IA2 used for the rear signal lamps. This blue connector is just inside the driver side kick panel... Very easy to access. White wire (pin 17) for the left signal. Black wire (pin 1) for the right signal.

This is a very nice mod for the Highlander.... Very classy.

Petzuk... do you have a picture of where this IA2 connector is located. I too have purchased one and rather tap it there then running all the way to the front lights. Thanks

I can try and post one later xclipse, but it is very easy to find.

You first pull up the driver side rocker panel cover (internal metal clips hold it in place), especially the front end of it that covers the driver side kick panel. The kick panel will then have clearance to pull off. You only have to pull off the edge by the door.

The blue connector IA2 is sitting right in front.

Attached is the instrument panel connector location diagram for the '07 HH.
