Reset Airbag light?

Airbag light is on, was wondering if there is a way to reset it? without taking to dealer? Its been on since I bought the truck and well inspection time is coming soon. and if there was a easy way to read the code, reset, test and if it comes back on, then take it to dealer, I prefer that route!

Is there a warranty by toyota for the restraint system, Ie. 60months, 60,0000 miles? ANy advice greatly appreciated

well figured out how to read the code, gave me a code 23, passenger side, so gonna unplug battery and make sure all cables under seat are connected firmly...maybe something came lose when they vacummed under the seat
