Default Sun Visors (02 HL)

I know this subject has had many questions and answers. I've tried everything on the drivers side to keep it from flopping down. The shaft has part of the plastic missing. I've tried bending the inside, that didn't help. I also tried to fill it with epoxy to no avail. I'm about to bit the bullet and buy a new one.
Anyone got any more ideas??
Thanks

Mine didnt droop, but I had the basic visors (no lights, home link etc)
I bought a pair on ebay for 40 + shipping, came with lighted mirror, homelink, memo recorder etc. fit perfectly and price was great (given that a garage door opener at sears will cost you 45!)

maybe a viable soultion for you?..

good luck

Thanks for the pictures, they look great. Did you already have the wiring in place for the new visors? If not, where did you connect into for the 12 volts.
This is looking like I will have to go this route. Your HL is an 04, thats new change from the 01-02s.
Thanks for your reply

Thanks, My HL wasnt wired up, I tapped a source by the front courtesy light. I believe 01-03 HL share the same visors as the 04-07. Check ebay, generally on the ads they will say if they are year specific.

Good Luck
