Question simplest plug-in trailer wiring harness

What the best and simplest plug-in trailer wiring harness. I need to get one soon to make a trip.

I used 118413 from etrailer. It was very easy. One plug into the taillight on each side, which I needed a coat hanger to run the wire. About half an hour, done perfectly. If it's just a one-time deal, you can skip running the wires all neat in one minute tops.

the e trailer product has a warning:
Overloading circuit can cause fires. Do not exceed lower of towing manufacturer rating or:

* Max. stop/turn light: 1 per side (2.1 amps)
* Max. tail lights: (4.2 amps)

Read vehicle's owners manual and instruction sheet for additional information.

Is this enough amperage capacity if you have a trailer with side clearance lights?
