Default 02 Highlander front corner ding

Is it possible to reshape the front bumper plastic shell back into shape? It looks like I rolled up into one of those concrete stanchions that hold up a light pole and it dented my front right corner of my bumper. It is rounded out but the corner now goes in about the size of a fist or more. Nothing cracked but a little paint and the air intake if facing a little right. Does that plastic bumper cover pop off easily? I see blanks in the front, but assume there are more contact points.
Any help?

The blanks in the front aren't for attaching the bumper, they're for the towing hooks to screw in.

But back to the topic, yes if you take the bumper off, it can be fixed pretty easily. This same thing happened to my buddies Accord. He found someone in the yellow pages under "paintless dent removal" who came out, heated the backside of the bumper with a torch and popped it out for under 100 bucks. I'm sure you can research this some more and maybe even do it yourself. I didn't want to work on a friends car, especially a new one, but after seeing it I wouldn't be hesitant to do it myself.

For the HL, to get the front bumper off, I assume you have to get the grill off, take those fasteners out, then the wheelwell, and then underneath. It's not hard, just dirty, and sometimes a few of the plastic fasteners need replacement.

I just want to be sure I understand. I take the bumper off or the plastic bumper covering? The plastic is the only thing damaged. The torch makes sense and if I can get it off myself, I may try it. Thanks for the response!
