04 Highlander - how to tell if has Factory Tow Package?

Hi, I have a 2004 Highlander, 2wd, V-6, that I bought used two years ago. I already have a 3500/350# (trailer/tongue capacity) hitch with a 9-point plug, that I use to tow a 5x10' open utility trailer. I am looking into buying a used 16' or 17' Fiberglass travel trailer, specifically, a Casita or a Scamp. There are quite a few members on some of the fiberglass trailer forums that tow these small single axle travel trailers with Highlanders without any problems. Most do use a WDH and a sway bar, which I would definitely do.

Since the fiberglass travel trailer would obviously be a much heavier tug, I am looking into the towing capability of my Toyota. Since I bought it used, I don't know if it has the factory tow package or not, and I do not have the original invoice.

Can anyone tell me how to discern whether or not a Highlander has a factory tow package?
And what is comprised in the factory Highlander tow package?
Depending on whether or not I have the factory tow package, do I need to add a transmission cooler? (I live in Arizona)
If yes, any recommendations?

On the driver side under the front fender there should be an ATF cooler. If you have that then the vehicle has a tow package. Tow package comes with a bigger radiator, ATF cooler and wiring to the hitch.

Thanks for your response. The only thing I can find on the driver's side near the wheel well is what you see in the pic I have included. The small rubber hose going into this unit goes into the bottom of the radiator, right close to the bottom radiator hose. I can't see anymore of it than the pic shows, since it is kind of hidden down there.

Is this some kind of transmission cooler that is part of a factory tow package? Or is it additional radiator cooling? Or is this something else? If something else, anyone know what it is?

That is a ATF cooler in series with the radiator!!! Happy towing, tow only w/ OD off.!!!

Or is it aftermarket?

Thank you for the info. I was very excited to discover my '06 highlander does indeed have the tow package. Since we bought in Decemeber last year I was unsure.
