Default Highlander -Bypass Traction Control System?

Hello... I have a '06 Highlander Hybrid AWD. When in any amount of snow or ice that causes my wheels to spin the traction control system (TCS) does its job by preventing any wheel spin in forward or reverse - resulting in me getting stuck . The same thing happens in my Honda Accord but they were smart enough to anticipate this and provided a TCS On/Off dash button. Since Toyota did not, has anyone come up with a proven solution to bypassing the TCS so I can spin my wheels in snow or on ice?
Thanks!

You don't have one by your right knee down by the pedals? On non-hybrids it can be overridden by a button in that location.
