04 JBL cd dash player acting up

I have a 2004 highlaander with a factory in dash above the radio JBL cd player.

Today on one disc it skipped a few times which it has not done before.

When I put in another cd, it said Load , and kept blinking "load" about 20 times before ejecting the disc. It does it on the two discs I have in the car.
Any ideas whats causing this?

or i I can get the player out who do you mail it to to fix it?
