Default Where to send service complaints?

I have been battling the service department at Dublin Toyota (SF Bay area) for over two weeks now. Hopefully the situation will be resolved soon, but I have a letter I'm sending to the BBB and I want to also send it to the corporate service offices if such a thing exists. Can someone help in finding the address? After buying both a Highlander and Tundra, I expect better service than what I'm receiving.

TIA ... Ken
