Default Undercoating

Does anyone have information about vehicle undercoating. Is it a good way to reduce road noise, or is it an expensive gimmick? Anyone had it done and have before/after feedback? Thanks

Tyler

Todays vehicles are zinc coated for rust protection and if you look, the warrenty for rust is at least 5 years on most vehicles.
Plus most aftermarket undercoatings chip or fall off after a certain amount of time and you have to pay to have them recoated.
I wouldn't waste my money.

If what you are really after is reduced road and/or engine noise, then look no further than our host...

Dynamat Sound Deadening Mats/Pads

They market this stuff to audiophiles, but it is really just high-quality sound-absorbing material.
