Default How to replace bulbs for the fogs

I want to replace the stock bulbs in the fog with Sylvania Silverstars (9006). Does anyone know the easiest way to access these bulbs. I looked under the bumper and seems to have access to the passenger bulb. However, there is a piece of plastic that blocks access to the bulb on the driver side. I checked the owner's manual with no avail. Appreciate any help on this. Thanks.

Thanks Anmrivera! I see it now. I should have look first before asking. It's actually pretty simple. I guess the owner's manual got me confused since it said not to replace it yourself. Now I got the Silverstar bulbs in both the low beam and the fogs. It brighten up the road much better the stock bulbs. Thanks again.
