Toyota makes 2 grades of Highlander's:

1. Toyota Highlander
2. Toyota Highlander Limited

Since most other vehicles in Toyotas naming process have a LE, SE, XLE, S, SR5 etc, they (Jay Marks) probably listed it is a SR5 just so it would be noticed as you did, and order the proper one. If you don't have a limited, you have this. In this case, the SR5.

I would assume its a misprint as they mean "base".

the SR5 is the cheap 4Runner.
