You can find them on ebay sometimes. I purchased all three volumes of the factory toyota highlander repair manuals there and it only cost me around $85 for all three! They were used, but you could not even tell. No one ever touched these things, let alone opened them.

Keep an eye out on there and you might find a good deal.

These two books does not include information specific to hybrid models.
