Default Dim Back up lights

04 Hilander- really dim back up lights- is there a cure?

Hard to believe Toyota put on such dim lights- I thought it was the window tinting but its also poorly lit when looking in the side mirrors.

They are more of a warning light to other drivers.They are not intended to be halogen headlights mounted in back .

Default my Infiniti

I30 back up lites are twice as brite- I think the same bulb - I think the problem is the Toyota lense in the tailight
