console removal 04 highlander and Fog light?

I am in the process of installing foglights that are after market, $50 each.
I am installing a seperate relay $5, not dealer $90. I want to place a switch where the driver side seat heater switch would normaly go. I am having a problem getting the center console out to do the install. Any help would be appreciated. I do not have all the parts in hand as yet but when I do I will post a part list, cost and vendor.

Read thru thid PDF, there is a section about removing the console.
