Default 03 Highlander engine ticking

I see there is a TSB for the fuel injector ticking, but this vehicle is out of warranty, will the dealer still fix it free?

I think TSB fixes are only free while under warranty.

You can always ask the dealer. But officially TSB's are only covered while a vehicle is within warranty.
