Beep Beep Gone, now Alarm doesn't work?

Hey guys, remember the annoying beep beep sound when you lock/unlock with the key fob?.....well I deactivated with the previous thread, but now alarm doesn't work.

I tested by sitting inside on the driver's seat, lock w/key fob (no annoying beeping sound = good thing), but when I go to unlock the drive and open from the inside alarm doesn't go off like it used to when the beeping noise was programmed.

Does this happen to any of yours????
