If so, I assume Toyota has a convertor to the 4 pin flat?

I had mine wired a while ago, so I'm just going from a leaky memory.
Yes, there is a connector inside the black box for a pigtail, but there was no converter in my '03 HL. I had my dealer install the converter, charged me $66 converter + $73 labor = $150. I snagged Toyota hitch off
ebay for $100 and all works fine now.
