Default Is there an OEM front tag holder?

Hello!

I dont' have a front tag since it is not required in MS, but in the near future we'll be moving to a state that requires one. Anyone knows where to get it, or even an after market one.

Thanks.

No there is not.
Just screw your Tag/Plate into the bumper with self tapping License plate screws. I believe there is a TSB saying to NOT predrill the holes. Just Self Tap the hole with the proper screws, or yu will not get a secure attachment of the plate
Yu should have noticed two indentations on your front bumper for this purpose. I checked with the dealer on this.
As I did notice that the Highlander Hybrids DO have a "Tag" mounting bracket.

I examined one in its package in an Unprepped HiHy. But the bracket will not fit the shape of the Non Hybrid H/L. Different Bumper design! It won't be a correct fit.

The parts dept. Shows NO bracket for basic Highlander only HiHY's.

No big deal I'm sure.

FYI, any Good auto parts store will have universal tag brackets.
I put one on mine.
Only because I have a nice chrome frame that would not fit well without a Bracket.
Cost me about $4.00...from Strauss Auto.
