Default Rear window wiper replacement

Does anyone know how to replace the rear window wiper on my 03 Highlander. It's not a snap on/off type like the windshield. I looked at an Anco replacement but it doesn't look like it would work. I don't really want to go to the dealer unless necessary. Anyone have any ideas or know where I can get one?

This is what I recently did on my '05 Highlander. I cut an ANCO N-22R Narrow Refill Blade to 12 inches. After pulling out the original rubber blade insert I slipped the new ANCO 12 inch blade in place. I made small clip to clamp onto the new insert so it wouldn't inadvertently slide out during use. Next time I'm at an auto parts store I'll look to see if I can buy wiper blades in a 24 inch length with a little thicker back (like the original ) so the clip won't be required. I'll then be able to get two new blade refills from each. The rear wiper cleans as good as new again.

Will stop by the dealer tomorrow. For $3 it's not worth the bother to make my own. Thanks for the info .
