Default 2002 Highlander Rough Idle when in 'D' Position

Hi guys,

I was wondering if anyone has been having this issue or is it just me. I have been experiencing some rough idle on my truck for quite some time now and it only appears to happen when im at a full stop and the transmission is in the 'D' position. When i switch it to neutral or parking it doesnt vibrate. In fact its how i picture the truck would be when im in the 'Drive' position.

Anyone have any clue to why this would be happening.
