Default Toyota highlander 2004

Hi Everyone: I'm new to this forum. I have been reading all the helpful info posted and now find that I need your input and expertise. I'm posing this question to you experts: My 2004 highlander heater stopped working, and now only blows cool air. (three knob control buttons). Do you think it may be a lose electrical connection as other posts noted or do you think there is another solution. Your thoughts please. ( )

Mine is an 04 and is doing the same thing. I am trying to get this taken care of and now having very good luck. It seems to be a specific problem they are having with the "manual" nobs. I am trying to get something done. I am still waiting for a response from the dealership. Then I do plan on contacting their corporate headquarters in California. I thinks its something they really don't won't to address at this point. Thanks!

What do you mean they don't want to address? If you are under warranty, right, they are obligated to address the issue. When you have a warranty issue, it is important to get the vehicle into the stealership and have it logged into the computers like mileage, VIN and problem.
