Default Highlander Power Window Problem

I have a 2001 Highlander and the rear passenger side window is stuck and no longer goes up and down. I can hear the motor work when I hit the switch, but nothing happens. Anyone have any advice? Is this going to be a dealer thing???

Thanks.

I had that happen to a power window once and I dropped by my local body shop one day and they fixed it for FREE. They popped off the door panel and found that the cable operating the window carriage had worked loose and just had to be re-routed and tightened down again.

If your cable is broke, which sometimes happens, you'll have to buy a replacement but it's not much. Worse case scenario is a burned out motor, but if you can hear yours that would not be the problem.
