Default Highlander Fog Light question...........

I'm ready to buy all the parts necessary to add the factory headlights to my wifes 05' V6 Highlander. I was trying to follow the link for how to take off the steering wheel cover from "toyotaparts4u" and the page wont load.

Does anyone who has done this mod know how to open the steering wheel cover?..............

Thanks in advance....................

I don't think yu are talking about the airbag, are yu? because YU DON'T HAVE TO REMOVE IT TO CHANGE THE LEFT SIDE LIGHT STALK switch..
The upper and lower cover of the column is easy and straight forward.
This is what yu will be removing .

I don't believe yu are clear with this post.
