I recently installed a rocker panel switch (Toyota switch) for an additional pair of fog lights. The installation requires a slight filing to the blank opening but does provide a near factory looking.

Did the rocker switch come with its own black insert? I was going to put a rocker switch there as well, but I did not have any tools to mod the blank black insert. So I used the console colored insert by the right knee.

Check the link below for switch details: Toyota OEM Fog Light Switch
However, it costs near $22 with tax where I bought from the worst Toyota dealer (Fremont Toyota, CA) in my opinion. $9-$12 isn't realistic in that link.
