Careful when you climb into the bed. My fender paint cracked!
My paint has a giant gash in it from when I climbed into the side of the bed and stood on the box rail right above the Filler spout. You can see the fender flex and bend with even a little force. Kind of flimsy, and cheap. Try it yourself on the passenger side, you can make the fender bend with very little force applied downward on the side of the box. I think the filler spout location added to the stress which made it crack. I'm very dissapointed in the quality of the body and paint on this truck, otherwise I like it. Now what do I do? I doubt Toyota will believe my story. I have pictures, but do not know the best way to post them. Help me if you can.
