Default line X touch up?

I have a used 06 DC tundra, and it seems like the linex that was put in the bed was put over wax or something, because it's chipping up and peeling off in some spots. Do they make a touch up kit you can buy? or can it be touched up by a professional?

Should be able to bring it to any Linex dealer and they should repair it.

.

My Line-X dealer was complaining about all the other dealer problems that he has had to fix.

They are supposed to have a lifetime guarantee. The lack of a good prep is normally the main problem with peeling or bubbling.

SOS

PS ... After seeing the last Line-X prep ... the next time I have one installed ... I will do some "extra" prep on the bed surface BEFORE I take it to Line-X for their prep ... and I have no complaints with my installation.

.

Thats why they put that warranty tag on the inside of your bed. no matter where in the U.S you are, you should be able to go and get it repaired free of charge. At least thats what they told me.

I may need to go back for a touch up after hauling 2 yards of dirt (2 Trips) and shoveling it out. One thing that i noticed was that my Line-X job looks noticeably thinner compared to my friends truck who went to the same place. i guess thats what happens when your not around when you drop your truck off for the day.
