Some are, some aren't.
Depends on what "all these seat covers that are reccommended" are.

I know wet Okole comes highly recommended. They are custom fit for each vehicle, so I imagine that would include any neccesary cut out's for seat belts or power switches.

If power doesn't come standard, the template a company used might have been for the manual seats. Unless they offer an option for power equipped seat, I wouldn't guarnatee it has the cut outs. If power comes standard, theres a pretty good chance the cut-outs are there if they are specific to your vehicle.

I know that's not a very definate answer. Did you have a particular brand in mind that you liked? Easy answer... call that company and ask.

I really like the ones from Shearcomfort.com I think they make them with power-switch cutouts too. They look rad on my truck!

I have the Coverking Neoprene...the EXACT same material as Wet Okole, but cheaper.
As far as the power switches, I dont have them on my doublecab, but the way mine are made, the seat cover stops just above the manual seat lever.
You can contact Coverking directly, they are very friendly and helpful.
