Camper shell prices

Im looking at buying a used camper shell from craigslist. I never really priced them new. Is there a good website to see how much they cost new, so that I know what to pay used?

Also, will they work with a OEM Toyota over the rail bedliner? I know Ill have to remove my pop-up tie downs from the stake holes...
